Think I'm now officially gonna wait until it is sorted out or until Vodacom (eventually) releases it with the new firmware...

Does icy cause issue?

does 5 icon dock work in OS3.0? - I installed it and it displayed incorrectly. IS there an alternative?

EDIT - According to Saurik it is...
strange, I installed it via icy and it was all muddled (I did reboot) installation via cydia and no problems

hmmm... are there any apps available which support 3gp/xvid/divx/wma/wmv etc for 3.0?

I haven't jailbroken yet - I upgraded to 3.0 off a jailbroken 2.2.1 tho.

MMS definitely worked better off a clean 3.0 with the new ipcc than after I've restored my backup. Sending a mms was still slow but at least it worked.

Must comment that the new Swirly MMS is working fine for me - with or without 3G enabled - its just faster in 3g enabled areas than at home where I hardly get gprs.
 
Guys sorry to ask again but I am looking for the Cydia app to switch off B/T, WIFI, 3G by swiping your finger from left to right at the top of the screen.

I asked before but cannot find it.

I see activateMMS2G has been released. Anyone been brave enough to test it yet? I don't like being a guinnee pig! :D

As Aqua mentioned, SBSettings.

Download the toggle for SBSettings named, 'Rotation Inhibitor'. Quite a cool app for when you DONT want your screen to rotate!
 
OK I installed ActivateMMS2G from Cydia. Entered the mms settings manually(from the first post of this thread), but seems i cant send or receive MMS yet (tried with Wi-Fi on and off)
Anyone else had luck with this yet?
