It took Mweb more than a week to send me a cancellation form. That department must be very busy? LoL.

I have not used it yet as I have hope, maybe in vain?

I got my login and password when I signed up on Monday. Maybe it's because I've been a client of Openweb before and have a clean payment history. Maybe with new sign-ups they want to see the debit orders clear first. I have 7 hours to wait...

Same here, got it 30 mins after signing up. My MWeb account also appears to have been terminated now. So hoping for the best with Openweb Gold.

Where it is MWeb themselves who have terminated the agreement then a notice period no longer applies. They cannot (legally) both bill you and refuse to provide a service beyond the point of termination.
