I don't know but your shirt hangs quite close to the crotch and rape is different than consenting sex. And this was a child there'd be blood everywhere I imagine
 
times like this you really have to ask yourself why one human's right to live outweigh's an innocent child's right to a normal life ...

fyi that's why the death penalty is not being applied, scum like this should just be executed, end of story

Okay if it’s a stated model that’s a bit of a different story.

Even so it’s not like you sign a contract with them and bind them to an SLA for a fee.

It’s a plain value add to entice you to their establishment.
 
When did the Dros become a family restaurant? Even the website mentions it's a restaurant and wine cellar.
I've never thought of the Dros as a family restaurant. Always just thought it was more in line with o Hagan's.
I've got a six year old boy and we watch him all the time when we're out. I'm sure this girls mom is hurting emotionally as well now because of some sick kid.

The staff said Ninow was alone at the restaurant’s bar when he first arrived, but was later joined by an older man. Their bill came to R700.

Screw him and his sad life story. Many people has sad life stories, but they don't go around raping kids. I hope he gets off and then the mob gets hold of him, they can rip his head off, either the big one or the small one, doesn't matter.

Yesterday I went to HiQ to do tyre rotation and alignment and I walked out and went to do some shopping and came back later to the waiting room.

There was a mom sitting on her phone the entire time kid running wild between her and presumably dad in the workshop.

A workshop filled with heavy machinery, cars on lifts and welding equipment and a variety of things that could very easily permanently harm or kill a kid stepping on the wrong thing or touching a button etc.

Parents couldn’t be bothered with the very real and immediate dangers and just let the kid go nuts.

Meanwhile I don’t even bring mine along because that’s too risky even under my supervision.

So I fully understand how the witness felt in this situation of something potentially happening and why he would say nothing up front because I was in the very same situation yesterday. It’s just not my place to parent other people’s children no matter even the consequences, especially when it’s not my establishment.

Perhaps so but that would be a condition placed on the parents for using the restaurant. The children aren't in their care so it's not their fault if a child runs to the toilet by themselves.

So a court finds you innocent and then you get killed by a mob? Fine country we're living in.

Looking at the report and that video, there is no doubt in my mind that he is guilty. A child was raped, he was in the toilet with the child, the child sure as hell didn't rape herself. No idea why you would want to defend scum like this you are no different to that sandile mcmxit scumbag.
