Child kidnapping are also nothing new yet amy'leigh de jagers kidnapping was all over the news and social media

Was it because the victim was white and the alleged perpetrators were black?

It was because it was in the open out of the mothers arms in front of lots of witnesses and everyone was resharing the information like the getaway vehicle in case someone saw it. It didn't hurt the father was an international sportsman.

Just like this case, the guy was caught red handed in a Dros with video footage, perfect cannon fodder for the media.

That sounds very similar to how information regarding this case broke, the only difference being that the father didn't take part in a sport that nobody cares about.

Pretty Similar to this incident. It happened in a public area where many people take their children and there was also video evidence so I simply don't see how this particular crime is propped up because the perp is white

That case went viral as everyone wanted to find her so her picture was reshared everywhere. The picture of the Dros girl was never shared.

I never claimed to have a problem with the news popularity of the case. I have a problem where an individual is projected as reflective of a group of people and used in hate speech and political purposes.
That was immediately the case with this case. Example the BLF press release a few hours after it was first reported.

We can all try to give justifications here but the fact is that none of the elements in this case are out of the ordinary.

So sexual assault iow. That's something I pointed out early. We don't know what the medical report said about whether rape took place or not.

No information in this case also broke as a racial angle by EFF/BLF. Nobody can say that didn't have a big impact.

Shows impact to others. Aggrivating circumstance. Waitress quit her job. Blames herself. Mother aw what no other mother should see.
 
You guys can debate the uniqueness of the restaurant until the cows come home. To me it is irrelevant considering how regularly in SA kids in school are raped by teachers. The place you expect them to be safe and by the people you expect to protect them.

All I know is the politicians will make sure hell is going to break loose if Ninow doesn't get the maximum sentence which I think is life for rape.
With Malema being called the P word and being found with his fingers in VBS money he will use this case to claim whites have privilege to distract from his looting. Facts and law doesn't matter to him.He will label the SA judiciary as racist and millions will believe him which will further make the country go backward.

Zuma faction and its proxies BLF, ATM etc, I am sure will attack the SA judiciary.

He deserves nothing less than the maximum. Nothing political about that.the fact that NPA also didn't drag this out for 2 weeks like you guys said is also proof that they did the right thing and was nothing political.

I am not obsessed by race. I am extremely worried by the contextual hate speech statements made by politicians regarding this case. Context matters. That is why it is relevant. You can say it is irrelevant but it has greater ripple effects that you choose to ignore.

He will get the maximum but the question is what maximum? What if according to the law finger and oral rape doesn't get the same sentence as normal rape? Who the f knows what will happen?

Notice the forum has a couple of news stories about emigration every week. You ask yourself why? Notice in malls mostly old white people not middle aged or young. No one wants to be a victim that is why people leave. They make the choice not to be a victim. You live in dream world if you think the majority white people plan to raise their kids in SA. Just look at the racial demographics by age. That ship sailed long ago.

They still dragged it out with irrelevant emotional stuff. The waitress who's supposedly so traumatised now should have looked better after the kids. This reminds of how a widow will put on a big show of uncontrollable grief for a loss that happened 10 years ago. There's no need for that. Sentence the guy over the facts.

Quite funny you claim we are obsessed with race when it's EFF and BLF that predictably played the race angle yet again. There is a common trend in this country but you choose to ignore it. Issues like this are racialised and used for political gain to draw attention from the bigger blight of corruption and political instability. Putting on blinkers and pretending it doesn't exist won't help you.

I am well aware of the situation in our country. But the NPA had done nothing wrong here. For you to make it about race the way you did makes you no better than malema and BLF. Same fare mongering.

There is a reason BLF only got 15k in the last election. There's a reason why they try and devide the country. There is a reason malemas approval rating has dropped. What's your reasons for being obsessed and turning everything in to race? And why do you give blf airtime

BLF got their speeches written by Bell Pottinger who created White Monopoly Capital campaign. Bell Pottinger was paid millions by the company jointly owned by Zuma Jnr and Guptas to assist the BLF to create a disinformation campaign for the purpose of distracting from corruption and money laundering. Both Guptas and Zuma jnr who communicated with Bell Pottinger regarding the BLF disinformation campaign.

Zuma is just as active politically than when he was president. His deployments are still everywhere. That's why Ramaphosa is a lame duck and Zuma is South Africa's unofficial president.

If BLF and ATM got no no votes them who is funding them now? No one works for free. Who pays their bills? Don't be ignorant. They are proxies for the Zuma faction. Everyone knows it.

If no action has been taken regarding the billions in money laundered then surely the Bell Pottinger campaign has worked and is still working today.
