My friend signed up for the Outsurance gun run last year.He got injured and I ended up using his number. According to the Outsurance gun run race results he PB'd by 11 minutes hahaKZN Athletics does which I think is a good thing...

The ForeverRun 2's Look quite nice, Now I just need to wait for a big special again. I want to get Deviate Nitro 3s then either the ForeverRun or the Velocities, leaning more towards the ForeverRuns or maybe I should just get all 3

The Foreverrun 2 also looks good. Only problem is that one reviewer said they are even narrower than the first version. Which might be pushing it for me as the V1 is very snug.
How many km did the Velocity Nitro 3s end up giving you. Need to errr... plan... how many I need to order in the next sale.

It really depends on a few factors ie, surface temps, footstrike, running output power etc. Most of my shoes wear in the front.
The rest of the rubber looks absolutely fine with limited wear.
I get more mileage on my shoes in winter.

I need 4 pairs of velocity's in order to make it through the year. Maybe 2 pairs of deviates and a new pair of deviate elite's. Hopefully there's a sale somewhere in April or May. At 240 km my Velocity 2s are showing slight wear in that spot on my left shoe. The right shoe has wear on the back of the right side heel. Interestingly enough the size 8 which I use for faster runs is also showing the same wear in those spots at 140 km, just slightly less so.
I've only put in around 60 km in my VN 3 and Foreverrun respectively. Must say that I didn't like the Foreverrun all that much, but it is slowly growing on me.
Yeah, the Black Friday selection wasn't the greatest. Still kicking myself that I didn't give the MagMax a try too. I'm sure they'll have other sales soon.
