I find my hands get cold first followed by my ears but I'd rather be cold than hot any day.

Mine too, but my buff covers my ears so good there. I don't hate the cold, but I don't like it when it's freezing cold. Then it's just unpleasant.

I notice it's the arms that takes the biggest hit in terms of cold.
Beanie, knee length shorts, long sleeve vest under your T and you sorted.

Worse thing is during your run you start to burn up and can't remove anything.

The bravest of souls went out this morning - Im not one of them.

Going to do a few k's in my jeans this afternoon to mitigate risk.
Ill just have to make sure I dont pass the same snitch twice.

Eh, wasn't actually that bad this morning. Started at 7:45 and it was a bit chilly for the first 10 minutes until I warmed up and then it was all good.

Granted that was in tights and a long sleeve under-layer with a t shirt and shorts on top with some light-weight running gloves and a buff for my ears. Was even getting a bit warm towards the end of the run.

It's amazing how I have just lost the will to run. It was easy when I had something to train for (Oceans, Comrades etc). Now that those and all other races have been cancelled, I just can't be arsed to get up and go for a run. I haven't been out since the middle of April and that doesn't look like changing soon. So to you all you who are making out there, I raise my hot chocolate to you (I ran out of booze ages ago!). Keep it up.

i suppose peoples motivations just differ, you just need to change your frame of mind, or else who knows, maybe the extended break is going help you

It's a feature, not a bug.
