Thats strange. Maybe a cache thing. Could try a different browser too. Once claimed, it stays in your library *forever (until epic decides to shut stuff down of course) so you can download / install it whenever you want to play it

If you scroll down to the free games section it says Coming Soon - 17 July, imagine it will get enabled some time today.
