Did they giveaway the Platinum Edition?

I wanted to buy the Frontier Pass as I do play Civ regularly, only to see that it is plus R600. No way. Stupid price, then I pre-ordered the MK11 expansion.
 
I wonder what versions of Borderlands they will be giving with the handsome collection. I do own nr 3, but would love to get the rest as well.

The handsome collection is the prequel and 2. It's about Handsome Jack.
 
So many games are being remastered nowadays or remade that it isn't worth buying the DLC anymore. Out of the blue, they suddenly promote your game into an all-inclusive package. I am hardly seeing customer loyalty being rewarded anymore, today it is all about the new buyers. It is still a gamble, but it is the way it is.

Game giveaways are just that, brand and publisher/developer awareness. Claim a free game, boom DLC on discount, boom next title announced...

GTA6's announcement is so close that I can smell it from the Epic giveaway.
 
For those who are thinking to upgrade their free Civ 6 with the Frontier Pass, don't. The first month of DLC is expensive and really badly reviewed at the moment. The 2 previous two expansions packs are great though. It is not that the new DLC is bad per se, but apparently with it installed the game becomes unstable.

On a side note, it seems 2K is trying to intercept Humankind and Old World, pushing their ideas into their game with the new DLC. There can only be one Civilization, damn how I miss Colonization right now. Humankind looks nice though.
