Nope.

It gets added to your gaming account with the service that gives it free.
So you can choose to download and install it in future whenever you can.

I've got a crap load of free games that I haven't been able to install (no uncapped....)
Just register for an Epic Games Account. Verify your email address. Do the checkout of any free game and that's it.
 
Quite a few free old ones here.
They were premium in their day.
I'm definitely downloading a few for the nostalgia trip.

It seems that site is bust anyway.
There's sites like abandonware sites that do actually offer older games for free.
Good trip down memory lane though.
Modded my Deus Ex 1 install tonight, so I'm happy :)

Here is a sandbox like no other. Create massive battles with absolutely no limits. Want to see 10,000 chickens fight an army of Romans?? Sure, why not. Want to see a company of WW2 U.S soldiers fight 11,000 Medieval soldiers?? There are simply no limits to the carnage you can achieve in UEBS.
