They must of missed the wailing cries for affordable, unrestricted broadband for more than 5 years now.... i guess that does not could as an explosion...
 
Only words to be said about this peace of bad publication are ....

Telkom has had many many years to create its "diverse network coverage". Give Neotel enough time to lay the fibre and it will get there. Unfortunately, it is something we're going to have to be patient for.

Regarding their social responsibilities, as far as I'm aware, Neotel have supplied ICASA with a plan for which they're awaiting approval.
