Cope. You cannot join a party then do as you please. In fact I recall you stating exactly the same thing about rogue ANC members' YOU claimed they need to follow parties decisions. Hypocrite much.
Nope, no hypocrite, there is a very good reason why COPE are still investigating an incident that doesn't need any investigation, facts are as clear as daylight yet they are still investigating.

Listen to her interview with Clement when you get time.

I wonder how does Lindiwe feel about this, after all the trouble she went through nailing her RET colours to the mast and alienating herself from the CR group, it must be heartbreaking to be ignored like that.
I'm sure Material Girl is sitting somewhere in her mansion NGAF...

Isn't it the second time she's failed to get somewhere with the electoral conference?

Since the COPE leadership and the rest of the coalition have denounced her...
Surely you know it takes much more than that? Does denouncing her somehow imply that her COPE membership is terminated and she no longer represents COPE at council?

You guys are in denial, it's very b simple really, she is a COPE councillor, she represents COPE in council and she is a chair of chairs in council, that is a factand it will stand until COPE either recalls her or terminate his membership, and the coalition denouncement does not matter, it's completely irrelevant, she does not represent the coalition, she represents COPE.

How are we in denial exactly? Who has denied any of these:
  • she is a COPE councillor
  • she represents COPE in council
  • she is a chair of chairs in council,
She sure atm represents COPE, but how much weight does that carry when:
  1. She goes rogue against the UF and COPE orders, siding with the ANC
  2. Both the coalition she is/was a part of and the party she represents has denounced her
So sure on paper she does represent COPE but as of now, I'm not so sure...

The faster COPE can deal with her the better, otherwise, the UF have to cut COPE lose in JHB.

Which COPE?

The same weight it carried before DA Gama was voted out.

Let me spell it out for you, COPE is still investigating because they don't know how to handle this, she got a mandate from her region, which she reports to, she does not report to the national leadership of COPE, she reports to the JHB region that deployed her to council.

If the national leadership is unhappy they must take it up with her region and the region can then say, no, she is lying, we told her to vote this way and she went there and did her own thing.

That is the reason why COPE has not come out and personally called her out, have you even heard Bloem or anyone refer to her by name and lambast her? That is why she is still in that council and COPE has not suspended her, there is absolutely nothing to investigate here, all the facts are on the table.
