This is what I see from my stoep, from just outside the master bedroom window.
All three bedrooms have windows, and also double-doors that lead out onto that stoep.
The mountains are the Langeberg.

Karoo mountains over everything! Last weekend on the Transkaroo I had plenty of time to yet again admire some of the more remote places in South Africa. The few houses you pass on the R356 have amazing views of the Karoo. Just keep in mind there is no TV/Radio/Cell reception.

Personally I prefer mountains. Especially if you fall in the shade in the later afternoon
I would prefer bosveld. Like next to KNP or something

If I could pick, ocean. I just find the water so calming. But then again, I would also love an eastern Free State mountain range outside my door.
