Especially when the investors are not sure what will happen to their investments in property.
So yes at some degree our local policies or lack of it does not help either

14.06 - quite a substantial recovery so far. I wonder how much scope for further recovery there is before EWC and other ANC nonsense starts to bite.
 
If Cyril announces a decent NDPP today, we might see some recovery?
