So for this ebuck stuff to work do I have to deposit my salary into the account?

/waits for Mike :D

Depending on your card colour, you need to have a certain minimum amount deposited into your account every month. Doesn't need to be a salary though.

Lol.. When I login it still says I'm on RL5 and qualify for 40% discount even though I've dipped into RL4 this month. Should go order some vouchers quickly :)

Yes it is because not everything has been calculated yet. Mine also still shows I'm on level 4. Only my fuel and checkers is in at the moment.

On your account, on online banking go to Account Settings for your account
In there is an option for inContact notifications

And the marketing? I got the incontact but its still not registering as enabled for ebucks :/

Am I being dumb or am I seeing correctly?

First 1 shows RL1 1.jpg

Second shows RL2 2.jpg

One is probably on card and the other is the other card.

Might need to be on level 2 for it to show as 2 on the main page.

EDIT: Ignore that, I see both are for your gold card and it says "highest level"

But credit card and cheque card are linked

Mine is the same. They say its because not all calculations are complete yet. Your second one is your actual reward level. It will be updated and discounts will come in to effect as soon as everything is added to your account

It might be better if they hold all the updates until all their calculations and numbers are complete and then update the stuff we see all in one go. This liquid state during the first week of the month isn't helping anyone.

Wow, by only getting a Platinum CC with my cheque account I jumped from RL2 to RL5 this month. Hit 18000 points exactly. Normally got less than R100 of ebucks, seems like I got R350 worth of ebucks and all I am doing is swiping a different card (and I made a point of doing more of my shopping at Checkers).

I have a situation whereby i'm losing out on Ebucks for fuel as i'm paying cash.

At our business we get cash in daily and I use that instead of withdrawing at an atm.

Do you lose points for cash deposits? If not then I can use my card for fuel and deposit the cash into that account at the end of the month

The cash deposit fees may outweigh the value you would earn on swiping for fuel. Unless you fill up a lot?

Once a week @ R500
Mon-Frid Toll fees R18 full trip

I'm currently on reward level 3 and get 900-1100 ebucks (R90-110) for the +-R1800 i spend on fuel.
Some months I move down to level 2 and then get +-450 (R45) back.

I think deposits cost R5 each so you will win either way.
Unless you are on rewards level 1 where R2000 on fuel will get you 200 ebucks

Most of my clients prefer to pay their excess in cash. Normally we just keep the cash at the office and use it in the business (i.e don't deposit it)
If i have to use my card now, I will have to put the money back into that account (let's just say for accounting purposes)

Business money and account is separate from my personal
