Depends on reward level, and whether you swipe your cc or cheque card.
If cc on reward level 5, it will be the swipe rate of 2%. You can earn 4% on level 5 if you pay it online using easypay.

Thanks I know I can earn more online but have already exceeded the online limit and will only earn at 0.6% so better than that, the new online limits really sucks

Do the calcs and see if you will benefit by upgrading to your next package (if you qualify).

Screw xmas gifts go on holiday.

Spend new years eve in another city or country.

And as it turns out that's exactly what I did. Booked 4 flights yesterday for the family to spend Christmas in CPT. Thanks for picking up the tab eBucks!

Dropped from Level 5 to 4.

Didn't earn points for two things.

1. For not updating my inContact details. Went online and I think I updated them now.
2. For not using between 10% and 90% of my FNB Gold Credit Card limit every month. However, I earned points for 100% total spend on my credit card... So now I'm confused?

Can anyone explain to me why I wouldn't earn points for using my 10%-90% credit card limit if I've my credit card for everything?

Your spend on your CC was either less than 10% or greater than 90% of your credit limit.

Nothing to do with spend. Your balance with the account must be between -10% and -90% throughout the month.

At least one day in the month, I think? What happens when you pay it up in full (after having a balance in the required range)?

This is something that I fear, when I suspect I'm supposed to have gone down a level, but haven't.
What would have happened if you had spent the eBucks the moment they came in. Can you go into the negative? Or would they adjust your next eBucks income?

Not sure. You normally only settle the previous month in full, so I never had that problem. You do however remind me that, yes, I think the 10% is at least once and the 90% is never.

If you order the virtual Voucher you can simply give him the code for the voucher, and he can use it at checkout. For a gift, I would rather opt to get a physical voucher, yes its more effort, but it will probably look better than just SMSing him a code.

If I pay my Telkom and municipal bills at checkers will I earn eBucks and at what rate? Platinum account

Ive Tried this and I did not earn any Ebucks while paying for my utility bills at Checkers. (It doesnt go towards the 15% Checkers spend on Lev 5, rather just normal CC spend) Furthermore, I can also confirm, you cant pay for your bills using vouchers.

Your best bet would be to pay via Easypay, as you get MUCH more in %

I've definitely used it for more than 10% of my credit limit but after every week, I transfer the cash from my cheque account. Should I rather pay it off once at the end of the month?
