If you're will to pay someone for their eBucks at RL5 value, then why not just buy the item in question via normal means, good old fashioned Rands? Surely it's not exclusively available via the eBucks store?
I realize that, I meant if the item is available at a normal retail store for a comparative rand price, why bother buying eBucks off other people. Or if buying eBucks off other people expect them to ask RL5 value for their eBucks. You lose the discount if you don't pay for the entire purchase with eBucks. So if I'm short I might be prepared to buy some eBucks to make up the shortfall.
Anyone know if I use an ATM to deposit money, will I lose the 1500 points that "Only swipe your card or use Cash@Till
(no ATM or FNB Branch withdrawals)" gives me ?
Please note that Makro vouchers, Checkers vouchers and Prepaid Airtime will remain on
discount when paid for in eBucks. In addition, each month a selection of items will be added
to the discount promotion.

Just a pointer on the earn rules :
Have a Revolving Loan that you used during the month2000
I tested it out december, opening up a revolving loan, but not using anything from the loan - didnt work
In January i then took out R100 from the loan - The points was allocated, but end of January they took R101 as a payment, but then an additional related fee : Rcp Fee For Pls *0299 of R40... Sharks.
not sure if i should take this up with them - does anybody else have a revolving loans with similar fee's?
I've had revolving loans from Standard and Absa in the past. Those are nasty accounts designed to keep you in debt. AVOID!

yes i know its bad for the everyday user. i am just looking at the cheapest way to get the required ebucks.
just the receipt fee which is odd..
i will obviously cancel this once i have enough buffer - unfortunately the change from a 12 month running total to a month to month buffer has negative effects where you can make a small mistake in a month (eg forced to draw cash from an ATM in an emergency, thus causing you to loose reward points and thus Ebucks earn.)
Yup that correct it is R40 per month that you use it.
Both the overdraft and the revolving loan works out around R40 to use.
it would be cheaper to get a R100 per month smart device and then sell the smart device in question.

I'm confused here.
Last month's actions (calculated between the 8th and 10th of this month) determines last month's earn level, which applies to last month's spend? :wtf:
