Ok I didn't know that. Are you on PC or PW. How many eBucks you earn a month now?

I'm PC and I still have the limit split function which works quite well. Earning on average 18-20k eB per month.

Ebucks department apologised to me after 2 weeks of communication They had put me on level 4 after spending nearly 2 years on level 5. It was a mistake because the smart device contract had expired...but they didn't award me points for something else. They will credit me 4,800 eBucks for this

I dunno, I spent like 70,000 on my card one month and my ebucks was meh. So I called them , and they told me after 20000 on platinum the earn% drops to 0.6 .

I think its tucked away I'm the T&C's somewhere

Platinum don't earn after 20000, PC earn 0.6% after 25000 and PW earn 1% after 30000. Afaik anyway.

Platinum earns 0.6% after 20000 as well. This is on the credit card only. On cheque card there is no earn after 20000

Too lazy to read back, anybody remember offhand when the discounted voucher selection last changed? Hoping for a change of scenery again.

I beg to differ:
You will earn eBucks for every FNB Platinum Card purchase based on your shopping reward rate for the first R20 000, thereafter you will earn eBucks at a flat rate of 0.6% on your FNB Platinum Credit Card shopping purchases. (FNB Platinum Cheque Card shopping purchases do not earn eBucks on purchases above R20 000). Your FNB Platinum Credit Card spend is considered first towards the R20 000 spend cap.

I tried to transfer money from my cheque account to my credit card via the FNB App. The stupid app took it from my savings pocket resulting in it going under 15k. I immediatly transfered the money back to the savings pocket. Does this mean I will lose the points?

No the system only checks at 12pm at night . You should be ok.

Same with the overdraft ,it only triggers if you have it active at 12pm.

Thanks for this. Hopefuly you are correct. Really don't want to drop a reward level due to this.

According to me you went under 15K and you wont get that ebucks points.

I went a few times below 9k for the fee saver and was charged. There is a flag which says gone under with every transaction or not I think. Once the flag is triggered, banking fees get refunded according to that.

Example. I went under 9K at 10:10am and went back above 9K at 10:15am (in the same day), and I paid banking fees for that month.

Think the best would be, look at your ebucks calculator and let us know. I am putting money on it, you wont get points because you went under 15k
