Trying to cancel!

Good day,
I have submitted a cancellation request to Rain, and received the email stating that someone would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear from anyone. Rain have not been helpful via Twitter either.
Has anyone managed to cancel their Rain service successfully? Or has anyone managed to get in touch with Rain via phone or email?
Please help!
