TurboFlo

There were a few vids of guys strapping leaf blowers onto their intakes for a supposed performance increase. This reminds me of that... lol... I'm sure a YouTube search would bring up a couple results :)
 
There is only one person out of all of you is telling the truth about Turboflo and that it works. The rest of you have nothing better than the criticise something you know nothing about or have taken the trouble to find out about it. If you lot think turboflo is rubbish, means that reports/ results obtained from Dyno's, Car Computers, Bank Computised Fuel reports and individual reports are all bull dust, which I am sure is not the case

Whaha are you serias? There is no way that piece of trash can increase the performance on any engine.
 
if you are not prepared to accept reports from dyno,s and computers etc that is your problem. Have you tried a turboflo

No it's not even a problem for me. If you have even a little bit of knowledge how an engine works you'd know this is bullsh1t. Have YOU tried a TurboFlo lately?

No but certain car magazines tested it and found no difference to the vehicles performance or fuel consumption? So where are your results ?
 
If you care too re. read that articial which was in car mag, you will see that Turboflo was never mentioned,, they only mentioned the magnet etc. By the way that was the third negative report Mr. Venter from Car Mag had written during the passed 10 years. On each occasion, Turboflo was never mentioned.

I ask again: have you got one on your car?
 
Yes, have had them on my cars for the passed 12 years and also know of alot of other people who have got them as well and are very happy with re results.If you took the time to contact TURBOFLO, I am sure they would supply you with the necessary proof and also if it did not work, they would still not be in business after 12 years

They make money off people like you and your friends. And of course they will supply me with proof. I don't expect them to supply me with anything less than positive results :rolleyes:

Did you put that little thing in the duct that goes into your airbox and notice a difference immediately?

Not likely. Inlet manifolds and cylinders are very carefully designed to mix the fuel/air properly. That a bolted-on piece of mesh could improve that would make a mockery over all the airflow tests perfomed by engineers specifically to get that sort of thing right.

The plural of anecdote is not data.

The problem with all these miracle fuel-consumption-improvement gadgets is that they suffer from a massive credibility gap: on the one side you have motor companies that have literally spent billions on even the tiniest improvements to engines and induction systems in order to improve fuel consumption marginally, because of increasingly tighter regulations and market conditions; on the other side, you have a bunch of guys from a tiny company that have managed to outdo every motor company in the world. Which sounds more credible?

Specious argument. Astrology and homeopathy don't work, but practitioners of those have been in business (the business of scamming people) for over a century.

huh?

I am sure a simple INDEPENDANT before and after test would be sufficient? U seem like quite a fan, do you have actual proof, or did u have to shape ur perception by believing unequivocally that this device works to justify spending money on this gadget ...yes...i thought so
