The South African dudes that built that Ali Baba library in Timbuktu had digitised all those priceless relics I might have had something to download and use up my cap. ( OK the relics have gone up in smoke , but the information would have still been accessible )

I am gonna have real problems staying with Mweb if they don't do something with their 4 Meg accounts. R200 saving per month is just so tempting.

Or for R80 more (give or take) you can go for the 10mbps option.

to my understanding its all the same.... im currently with mweb 4mb uncapped shaped but im seriously thinking of moving to telkom 4mb uncapped. At a time when mweb CEO should have dropped their uncapped prices to keep there customers and at the sametime get some more and not come out with a new package which they going to throttle they didnt. Now we have to jump ship but im going to wait a month or so and see...

At the moment (08:56) surfing, email etc is impossible. Any specific targets for ping? I will reboot router and try surfing again while listening to the violin tune.

Some feedback.

Telkom migrated accounts to a new system. This new system causes connectivity problems when the account does not have a complex password. They updated my password to 8 characters with 1 number, 1 capital letter and 1 special character. It does not make sense. Lets see how she runs...

I was told by an Mweb salesman that I should not migrate our company 1mbps premium uncapped to 2mbps throttled, as we use 20-30GB per month which would make us likely candidates for the 192kbps throttling. I would rather go to Telkom in that case.
