Judas looks interesting, although hard to tell much from the trailer. Has a Bioshock kind of feel.

I don't agree. The guy complains too much. Some unreal games have a similar look or style (especially if they're going for the photorealism look), some don't. Always been that way with every game engine in history.

Unity games don't look bland or samey to me and unity is def not ruining games.

Did you actually watch the whole video?

He's talking about the overreliance on the tools/systems baked into UE5 rather than creativity of the developers. He is also mentions Unity and why those tend to be a bit more varied.

Personally I think he's spot on. We saw the same thing in the PS3/360 days where UE3 dominated and there was a slew of games that all looked samey for the very same reason.
 
The other problem the industry has right now is that so much focus is being put into making a game look good that the actual story, vibe, gameplay etc is secondary which means we get fewer and fewer quality games that blow you away.
