Arkane with another vampire game. Hope they do good on this one, I really loved all their work except for Redfall.

I've watched this whole thing and cannot figure out if there is any action when you're playing in 3rd person. Or is that only for walking around and the only fighting is ship-based?

Yeah it seems it is just for doing things in town which sucks a bit. I was hoping to explore and fight 3rd person on islands too.

It seems this game is basically a pirate ship sim?
