Upgrading from a SIM Only FreeMe Contract

Hi,

I have a Telkom FreeMe 20gb sim only contract, it's about a year old. I was wondering if it's possible to cancel/upgrade the contract earlier to the same package, but with a phone? I understand how if you have a sim+phone contract already then that's an issue, but for the sim only deals I can imagine they're not losing out.

It's surprisingly hard finding information online and I've tried phoning them as well, and they keep redirecting me.
