I have had this problem now with 3 brands of PSU's as well, Antech, Aopen and now Gigabyte.

People should be using proper line-interactive UPSs instead of the generally cheap garbage mostly available as that would sort things out nicely.

I can take this one. In return can inspect your PC PSU to stop cutting off.

I also have a problem with my ups.....every time power trips the pc switche off, ups makes a huge beeping noise for a while, then dies. When power comes back on pc won't switch on. Have to switch ups off, then on again, then pc works.....so confused.

Overloaded or weak battery. Should read manual how to interpet beeps, also it might be warning lights on the enlocure.
