That is exactly my thought on the threads related to Trump since be beat Clinton.
Endless commentary, photos, memes etc - clutching at anything to demonise trump in desperation to have that "see, we told you so" glorious moment.
Also this moment isn't glorious. We don't feel good about it. The whole world is worse off because of him, in so many ways.

Chris, I get that you and I are polling nerds and for me, that's high praise... but... I'm also a policy wonk... What plan for Covid do you think these folk will introduce this week?

What plan for NK?

What plan Iran?

What plan for protests?

Will the Covington kid discuss evictions?

Will the St. Louis gun couple address small business closing while corporations rake in obscene profits?

This week is going to be culture-war and identity-politics ground-zero, 'cos that's all they got.
Totally agree. For Trumpists everything is 100% about culture and identity.

Policy, best practice, norms, standards, expertise, competence, effectiveness be damned.

Cohen himself promised in a foreward to the book he released to the press that he will reveal crimes and salacious dirt on his old boss, including a scene involving “golden showers” in a Vegas sex club, and that Trump “colluded with Russia.”

“I know where the skeletons are buried,” he wrote, “because I was the one who buried them.”

Anyone else waiting to find out the detail in this book?

How can a Jew be white nationalist?
Sounds like BS

Someone wrote this article just for you

How has the White House responded? Officials there claim not to have read the SPLC’s report, but one official did tell a reporter from Axios, “This is clearly a form of anti-Semitism to levy these attacks against a Jewish staffer.”

I’m sure that at some point, someone made a more repugnant attempt to use an accusation of anti-Semitism to shield someone from accountability for their own bigotry. I just can’t recall any.
One person who knows something about phony accusations of anti-Semitism is Rep. Ilhan Omar, who can claim some measure of vindication. Back in April she tweeted that “Stephen Miller is a white nationalist,” and the result was an absolute tornado of condemnation, much of which accused Omar of being anti-Semitic for even suggesting such a thing.

Just as there’s no point in arguing anymore about whether Trump is really a racist, there’s not much point in arguing about whether Miller is really a white nationalist. He has devoted his professional life to keeping the United States as white as possible, and although the White House might throw some insults at the SPLC, the administration isn’t trying to argue that the emails the organization was given aren’t genuine. Or that Miller has evolved since 2016.

And the Orange Dotard's rodeo clown Rudy hasn't presented his Ukraine dirt on the Biden's.

Trump: Giuliani to deliver report on Ukraine trip to Congress, Barr
President Trump said that Rudy Giuliani, his personal attorney, will deliver a report to Congress and Attorney General William Barr about information he uncovered during his latest trip to Ukraine.

“He’s going to make a report, I think to the attorney general and to Congress. He says he has a lot of good information. I have not spoken to him about that information yet,” Trump told reporters Saturday.

“He has not told me what he found, but I think he wants to go before Congress ... and also to the attorney general and the Department of Justice,” he added. “I hear he has found plenty.”

Justice Dept. Will Accept Material From Giuliani, but Barr Voices Caution
Noting that investigators must consider any information potentially relevant to their work, the attorney general said that evidence from Ukraine could not be taken “at face value.”

...to have that "see, we told you so" glorious moment.
In the same way that if Clinton had won, when Biden wins there will be of a sense of relief that sanity has prevailed rather than a "glorious moment".

Clinton was not a great candidate. Biden is not a great candidate. But both are several orders of magnitude better than trump.

It would be hard, at this point in time, to find anyone on either side of the political debate as incompetent and unfit to manage a take-away fish-and-chips shop, let alone President of the United States of America, as is trump.

Some self-awareness, please.

No problem.

Where would you like me to send it to, and do you need instructions on how to upload it to yourself?
Hmm, sure, give me those instructions, that will perhaps give me an indication as to how you've been doing it wrong all this time.

I mean really, aside from the crazy hopium "gonna save coal' category of boast, the Dems have nothing but a platform of IDPol. And people can tell.

Listening to scientists is now echoing the ANC? Since when did expert medical advice become the extremist position? The anti-expertise on show is absolutely shocking.

Err...you do know Ramaphosa also claimed he was "following the science" (whatever that actually means in practice is anyone's guess). You see, it's evident to me that public health specialists don't take into account or don't care about economic effects since they are comfy job-for-life positions in think tanks, government departments, and the like. They certainly have no idea about how a business operates in the private sector. It must also be noted there is much debate about the efficacy of lockdowns and this will continue for a long while yet. It's certainly not "settled science" that lockdowns work. It's also unclear to me whether Democrats would have done substantially better than Trump in handling this pandemic given the embarrassing details in Democratic states like NY when Governor Cuomo sent back covid-19 infected patients back to old age homes.
