Just bear in mind campus is very different from school.

I've seen students come in with fantastic A+ scores and blaze out in a flame of glory.

My results were not great in std 9/grade 11.. But the year after I massively improved them across the board by June. The whole point of the early application is to show u can produce results, stability or can work on improving / reaching the goals set out over a long period.

Kinda like when you in an interview and your varsity results suck albeit you are great at work. Your approach at explaining it / rectifying the situation makes the difference. Since you have time to correct it work hard at achieving what's needed

Guy, I've got friends that are still doing a 3 year Bcom course which we all enrolled for in 2009. Really really smart people, and me the "not so smart one" finished in record time. I'm already looking for my 2nd job as I'm looking for better opportunities whilst they're still studying...

It's funny and sad at the same time. So all I can say is "trek jou sokkies op".

so which results did you use to apply? and at which varsity?

Yes, in some exceptional cases they will allow a student to apply if their results are really good. 90% doesn't come into that realm unfortunately. You need to focus on your mid year exams for now and get your applications in based on those results, then do well in your finals to secure the place.

Yes your grade 11 results WILL hurt you, but if you correct the mistake in midyears and finals it will be ok.
ofcourse and i have already started

Dude, just chill. Unless you're doing something like medicine you don't have to worry, you have 1 year to get your grades in order which is enough. If you still feel uneasy just use photoshop lol
