Maybe you guys who are so anti Israel should actually go and read up on your history. ;)
But then this is not about facts now is it? You are arguing based on emotion and religion and the facts have nothing to do with it.

The west will support anyone that targets terrorists trying to fulfil the aims of their ideology that is hell-bent on world domination.

The Islamic Republic of Iran supports the terrorist Hamas with rockets - the same ideology.

The US only gave them $120mil in 2007 (more of a token gesture than anything else), and they run a USD 6 billion trade surplus. They are a net exporter of military equipment and are largely self-sufficient.

If push really comes to shove, the worlds wealthiest Jews can easily bail Israel out, but at this stage it's not required, as their economy is pretty decent.

Not really, necessity is the mother of invention.

The majority of Israel arm are locally designed and manufactured
