Vodacom Data Dissapeared

Hi all

I have bought a weekly data bundle of 1GB that was set to expire on 30 June, but this morning with my mobile data off and still connected to wifi, I lost the whole 1GB in 1 minute.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Phone the call center and ask them to review it.

My 30 day bundle, which I bought yesterday, also disappeared 12.01 on rollover...
They took my R29 and stole the data...

How do one get to speak to a person at vodacom helpline these days?
I just this automated (%$*$&$^ rubbish getting you nowhere these days...

I had something like R630 airtime just disappear last night. Really pissed about that! Reason why I’m on uChoose so that my airtime can be used when it’s needed.
Use to be 6 months or something before airtime would expire, now I think it’s 2 months max
