Sooooo,,,,, Long story here but i need advice. I am using Vodacom Fibre in my area at the moment much to my disgust they are the worst provider I could have ever gotten. The problem is they do not allow any other providers to sell in the area. What can I do to get another provider becuase we are paying for a 20Mbps Line but essentially get 2mpbs. They have a uncapped line for us however fair use policy limits us to 400gb a month which is crazy! Their service is terrible and their solutions usually work for a day or 2 and then its back to the same old **** internet service. I have been trying for 5 years to get another ISP in the area with no luck at all.

Your help will be appreciated

TIA.

King vodacum, they running with their mobile mentality…expensive data prices that can be reduced by cutting unnecessary expenditure which these guys do not realise as they all think short term.

This is because MTN and Vodacom did not let Airtel enter South African market 13 years ago so they can do duopoly and suck the customers dry by changing whatever they feel like. You guys are also paying.

Edit: did you speak to the God fathers at ICASA?
