I hope I am posting this thread at the correct place. Let's dive right into it we have a 10mbps Broadband Connect Wireless Premium connection. About two weeks ago we startet noticing slow speeds on the internet and first thing i did was run a speed test with speedtest.net and speed seemed to be fine, went on to check my Ubuiquiti APs and ran software updates and checked their throughput and made sure all else is fine. Went on to do more investigating during the past week i noticed that my speed is getting throttled as it seems to run perfectly fine on speedtest sites but if i run "stats for nerds" for instance on different You Tube videos im getting an average of 60kbps. Any advice or pointers out there i have contacted Vodacom but all they tell me is send screenshots of your speedtest and well that means nothing at this point. By the way its a capped line so i should not be getting throttled.
