Ordered a LG v20 on a Smart XS Package (Online Order) in January
1. Online orders do not incur a delivery fee.
2. Included additional 5GB once Off Data Bundle & R10 000 deducational voucher (Free)
3. Costs Per Month R549 x24 Months.

February Invoice:

They have since suspended my account, as I removed my debit order.
I refuse to pay any further amounts until my account is corrected.

Thank you Lubabalo Kahla from the eServices Team for coming back to me and assisting with clarifying charges and also requesting that the second handset installment be removed from my account

I now await the updated invoice / statement with handset installment removed - showing the true amount due to Vodacom

As per our telephonic conversation on ********** 618, I advised you of the following:



Once the handset instalment is removed and the credit is passed only then will we be able to see your updated account balance. I've asked our senior team to forward you an updated statement once the credit is reflecting.

LOL......stops debit order almost 6 months later, while the very first invoice was incorrect.

I removed the debit order as soon as they started billing me incorrectly..its been that long of no payments from my side, and them "following up" to correct it
 
Some good news on my account.
Items have been corrected and a new updated invoice posted.
a good outcome from my side in that case after assistance from the callcentre
