Hi there,
I've been having constant issues with signal at my building and it's gotten to a point now where my phone is breaking up for almost every call I answer at my home! It works fine outside of my home e.g clear calls, 4G signal, etc. Please can you assist?
I stay in the Point Waterfront area in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
We're covered for 4G/LTE signal in our area.
Apparently, our walls are too thick at our building and hence the networks battle to get proper reception at our home.
My other family members whom are with MTN had to get MTN to install a small booster device at home and now their signal is working fine and always crystal clear.
I had opted for Vodacom a while back and do not want to change to MTN as I simply hate their network. Please can you assist with helping me get a Vodacom Booster installed?
Even if call quality isn't that grand, I would prefer 4G/LTE or even HSDPA signal at my home as I constantly purchase gigs upon gigs of data as I run an online business. I need Vodacom's signal to work well enough to be a reliable backbone if my ADSL line is busy.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
