No i have posted on this forum that the tower is congested within a week or 2 the speed increases again to 1.6 MB/Second and 1.9 MB/Second uplink

Even though the Tower is Congested, i got 40 - 45 ms to my router from ALWAYSON WiFi Hotspot @ V&A Waterfront.

The LTE Vodacom Tower has become Soo Congested the ping to MyBroadband speedtest is 220ms
