I updated my vodafone K3770 dashboard with mtn online dashboard. Where can I find a Vodafone K3770 dashboard update?

Go to the Vodacom site http://www.vodacom.co.za

Under Support you will find "Download software" as one of the options. Select this and from the middle drop-down list on the page that is returned select Software instead of firmware.
 
I do not need the software i need to flash my original frimware on my device, but can not find it under vodacom support section.

Are you looking for firmware ? You 2 posts are confusing I can't find any firmware for your modem on Vodacoms site though.
 
What is the exact model number on the back of the modem?
Please post a link to the MTN dashboard you loaded
What is wrong with the MTN dashboard?
 
It is a vodacom donlge with a vodacom sim,
I accidently loaded the mtn.

This isn't helping. I asked for detailed information. This is not detailed information.

How does one accidentally load a different dashboard?
 
I have vodacom software and mtn online software on my computer and while mtn was updating it picked up my vodacom dongle and flashed it with the mtn dashboard. I do not have the exact dashboard as this happen while mtn online was updating. Also the exact model number is Huawei K3770.
 
Thanks, but I already updated with a generic dash. I would like to know if anyone knows were I can get the vodacom dash.

You don't need the Vodacom dash. Having the generic dash puts you in a much better position because you can now use any SIM.

If you want the Vodacom interface back the best you can do is to download and install the full VMB on your machine and disable the Hauwei dash from starting when you insert the modem.
 
I agree, thank you. Just another question. How do I disable the hauwei dash? I cannot find the correct at commands for my modem. Searched the web and used a lot of at commands trough putty to disable the dash, but nothing worked.

You should just be able to disable autorun and the dashboard won't load when you insert the modem.

How sure are you that the dashboard installer stored on the modem has actually been changed, have you inserted the modem in another compuer?

Thank you. Yes I have and I am 100% sure that it has changed.
