All of the Openserve VDSL/ADSL sign-ups and transfers (as well as Openserve Fibre sign-ups) are currently taking longer than usual, not only due to the nationwide lockdown, but also due to the ransomware attack their systems recently suffered.Any news on how long it takes to get this product activated?
What a mess! On which date did you submit your application?Technician came today to activate the new line however Vox didn't provide the login credentials. Technician say's those details should already be provided so he can set it up but every department in Vox tells me that Openserve needs to say the line has been activated first. Back and forth to no avail. So sitting with new line all ready just waiting...
I didnt order from Vox but went for Afrihost since I like their router options more than the other companies.I was hoping I wouldn't get an answer like that.. I sent vox an email asking for this information beginning of last week and I still haven't received a reply. I hope Im not going to regret this move.
