Any reason why sites hosted on Hetzner (and Hetzner's website itself) are inaccessible when using VOX?

My Vox fatpipe is crawling in PE since this morning. Cannot access MyBB website and many others as well.

Netflix a no go.

Voxy - what is going on ? PM sent.

Everything is fine on my backup Afrihost account.
 
Voxy - the FATPIPE account no longer seems to be performing as it did when I first signed up. Back then streaming, browsing, downloading - everything was full speed, 24/7. Now it's hit and miss. Is this due to heavier shaping? The additional load of new clients? I was under the impression FATPIPE was the premium service which is why it costs more - is this the new norm?
 
Mine basically still dead.

Using my Afrihost account since yesterday. Something is broken between PE and CT on VOX, that's for sure.

Almost everything flaky and dead: netflix, hulu, spotify, youtube, http browsing at snails pace etc.

Recent simultaneous iOS updates have caused some congestion on our network, but our techies are working on it.

Customers using services hosted by Hetzner may experience connectivity issues. Our engineers are working on resolving this issue.

Please explain why the ISP's are experiencing issues due to the iOS updates?!
 
MyBB seems to be working this morning.

VOX should peer with Hetzner directly in JHB like they do in CT. Would solve a lot of these AfricaINX routing issues.

I only seem to have the mybb issue during the week from 6pm. Weekends are normally fine for me.

Signed up with a capped account from WA in the meantime.
 
My vox fatpipe randomly just stops working (It still shows internet access), and within 2 to 3 minutes everything works fine again. But it is a bit irritating as sometimes I am busy with a download which crashes. Very dissapointed in my fatpipe lately

When I contacted your call centre about this problem, they put the problem as being on my side and I had to contact telkom for a port reset. This obviously was not going to solve the problem. (I love it when companies start pointing fingers at each other beside themselves)
 
How does one downgrade to a lower number of monthly gigs, but stay on FATPIPE?

There's an AMEND RELEVANT CAP button, and a CHANGE PACKAGE button - which are both quite cryptic. I'd like to downgrade from 100GB FATPIPE to 50GB FATPIPE without wiping out my current rollover gigs balance.
 
Anyone else experiencing very sluggish performance this morning? Sites are taking forever to load. Latency is perfect now though.

EDIT: Ignore this, it was me being a dumbass.
