Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Hmm, what DL speed are you guys getting? I'm only getting about 150KBps on a 40meg line at the moment. Am I doing something wrong?
 
No issues here either - full line speed. Suggest you try another protocol like NNTP to see if you have the same problems. As sand_man said, there are so many factors that influence torrent speed. Seeds, peers, your firewall, ports not being open, max connections, etc etc.
 
guys im having throttle issues during certain periods at night, from so 9pm to 12pm at night my line will throttle, after 12 its like something resets and its back to normal again,,,, this is very annoying, and only happens with my vox account.
i think others had similer isssues but cant recall what was done to resolve this,i have pm'd Voxy and wil wait for feedback, but who else experienced this before ? very annoying

Gents. Cant find data usage in the dashboard. How do I monitor what Im using.

Vox needs to get an app for this.

Go into your Services and then "view more" on your package and the bottom there will be a "View Daily Usage" button. However it only shows you the current month and not previous months

Oh and it doesn't work on the ipad, not sure about other mobile browsers. There are many issues with their portal and ipad/iphone browsing!

Windows 8.1/10 /Windows Phone unofficial app was released.

The development team is also the one responsible for the Plex App on the X1 among other awesome stuff so don't worry about anything regarding privacy :)

As for performance on Vox, so far everything is great and this is quite something to say even with the current influx of users and will see when more join as the special kicks in when they announce it :p.

How about one for Win7 or even Android? The TelkomMobile app works quite well on the latter.
 
ok this is following on from previous posts about change in latency to my "test server" on Vox compared to other ISP's. I dont really expect a response its more of a FYI for people who might be interested.

The below is a 10 min Ping Plotter to that IP. I activated a pass-through PPPoE connection about half way through, with no changes made on the network. There are a few devices with open connections, but its the same for both. Also, no download/upload activity on the line for the entire duration.

As you can see, there is a very big difference in the two, Vox and an IS based ISP.
