Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Hi. I have signed up for 75gb fatpipe to try out for 1 or 2 months.
I would like to confirm the following: any data used between midnight and 6am is free and does not come off my 75gb cap, right?

Right.

Hey Guys. I just want to try and clear up a bit of confusion and have some other queries. I signed up for the 300gb fat pipe promo at the end of August (the one that was 300gb for the price of 150gb) am I correct in assuming that this has now been bumped up to 400gb?

In addition, I've noticed my Netflix streaming rarely makes it passed 480p on a 10mb/s line, where when I was on another ISP, I was able to get full 1080p all the time. Is this the norm for Vox?

Ssince switching over to Vox, my routher is having a hard time keeping a stable wifi connection. All other devices connected to my router via a cable all work okay, but if it's connected to Wifi, my connection drops (on all my wifi connected devices) every now and again. The wifi drops are random, and there is nothing to indicate there is something wrong with either my router or connection.

Also, has anyone had any issues connecting to PSN using a PS4 with VOX? The day I made the switch, I was unable to connect to PSN, and had to change MTU settings in my router in order for my PS4 to connect to PSN...

All very strange stuff imo. I'm loving Vox and the connection speed/stability, but these few small issues are bugging me...

So I have tested:
YT - streamed at 720p no problem.
Google play store updates ran at 2.5 mbps.
A p2p test jumped to 400KB/s within literally 3 seconds.

(On a 4mbps line)

OMG!

Is this what you guys experience all the time?

ALL the time yes, for me anyway.
On 10mbps;
Netflix 1080p, XBox gaming, and youtube all running at the same time..... no issues :)

Simply put,

Yes.

I just want to thank Vox on the recent account upgrades! ****ing awesome.

The line runs like a dream pretty much all the time, on a 10mbps line. I'm gaming and streaming video on netflix, hulu and bbc every day at great resolutions. I was finishing my cap of 200gigs with a few days of the month left so I had to keep using a ****ty backup account for the final days of the month. Now you've given me 100gigs for nothing, over and above great service already.

Many thanks and mad respect. /tips hat

I'm with Vox and use my PS4 almost everyday. No issues.

You might have Wifi interference. I had a similar issue a while back; turned out every time the wife put on the microwave my wifi signal was very poor. Lots of interference from a microwave on the 2.4Ghz range. Plug your PS4 directly into the router (if you can) and test it.

or change the wifi channel (frequency)... :)

Is it the norm that when signing up you have to do all that paperwork? Declarations and the like?
