Me included! Well, not for ages but since the beginning of the month!

The joke is did someone in the Vox marketing department decide one morning, "hey, let's introduce an uncapped package that runs at full throttle on most protocols between 6pm and 6am and all weekend and sell it for R59?!"

It's not Vox though, it's lantic.
Or used to be.

Not sure what their arrangement is.
 
For R59 the bolt on can't be beat. Sure it has issues sometimes but for R59, the bolt on can't be beat.
 
My line got upgraded to 10mb yesterday ( line not with vox ) speed test ran at line speed but got max around 650 kb on nntp last night have anyone had a similar problem.
 
My issues still ongoing, my line is now syncing at full speed, but streaming issues still persists, online gaming also affected. Am I being shaped here? i'm on fatpipe.
Did log a call with vox over a week ago and they did confirm there are issues that they working on. My call is still open. Just bummed that it's taking so long to get resolved.

I've had issues with different providers.
Eweka runs at full speed all the time for me.
Astraweb was extremely slow and only sped up at midnight.

Do you perhaps have a reference number? I would be happy to follow up on this for you :)

DOH !!!! Feel like such an arse but feel I have to rectify my claim above. Realised Im on Sunnyusenet 5 max speed 5Mbps on the package. I took out the package awhile ago and never thought about it again.

Something weird going on at Vox? When doing a speedtest it used to say Vox telecoms and now it says Data Pro Business Online?
