Vox Telecom Fatpipe

You'd need to upgrade the package, which would negate the promotional pricing. Otherwise you can add additional gigs to the package, but they're priced at R10/gig as far I can remember. You could try buying 5x 100GB promo packages, but I'm not sure if they have limits per customer :)

I bought 6....

+2 bolt-on's...

Let's advertise this some more! Heck, Why don't we spam everywhere and hope things don't turn out like Afrihost... With a R59 completely unshaped uncapped account.... Because heck... people won't abuse that will they.

great to hear

just remember to use every last byte otherwise you're being robbed.

Thought it was just me. I get random disconnects with Vox every now and then. Sometimes it'll be days between, other times multiple on the same day. Only happens with Vox accounts - any other ISP is fine, and my line is rock solid 20mbps VDSL. Telkom assure me there are no errors on the line, and Vox tell me it's Telkom. It happens relatively infrequently so I haven't tried to get to the bottom of it with Vox.

Never had this problem and i'm with vox, my line says it's been connected for 6 days straight encounting....

I'll try. Fortunately if I do forget, the data rolls over indefinitely so sure I can make it up some where along the line.

My line is also fine. Dc mostly in the 11pm-1am range. This morning I woke up and started up a video while eating breakfast and it dc'ed again.

Speeds for me slow down then dc when i reconnect I am fine again. all other isps are fine....

I'm really keen to try these guys out. But its worrisome that even Vox's employees have no clue what products are available. Depending on who you talk to you can get a 25 gig account with bolt-on, other employees will tell you that you can't get a 25 gig account anymore (which makes sense since the website doesn't show it).

Get your act together Vox. You seem to giving everyone excellent internet experience, which is great. But when no one knows what is available to sell anymore, it gets irritating!

does this mean that as long as the 100GB fat pipe is available, those who sign up for the deal before 31st July

will pay the discounted price throughout? Or is the R164 only for the month of July? Kind of confused.

As I understand it, if you sing up in this month, then that is your price for the next 12 months, when they review it again. But I'm also still waiting for confirmation about this from them.

yeah... seems like the VOX sales are just as confused as we are. Just got off the phone and they say the price "should" stay the same if you do sign up before the 31st.

Im currently on the 250GB/R780 and if this works out, im looking to buy 3 x 100GB deal, can this be
bought using the same account?

Guys who are wanting to buy multiple accounts; wait until the last day. Pro-rata billing will make the deal oh so sweet.

yeah, setting a reminder on the 30th! Quick question though, if i send my cancellation for the 250GB today like now am I good to go

for the 30days notice? Or will the 250GB only be cancelled end of Aug? Hope thats not the case!

I don't think so. I think every time you order one it will provide you with new login details.

I could be mistaken though.
