Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I don't think so. I think every time you order one it will provide you with new login details.

I could be mistaken though.

yeah that im okay with, Im just wondering if i need to create 3 diff VOX accounts to login and buy the 100GB separately or can i buy 3 x 100GB under the same VOX account lol

I think he means can multiple promotional 100GB accounts be bought on the same account - the answer being yes they can.

Also remember that the data is also pro-rated, so it's a trade-off between paying less and having a nice, fat roll-over buffer going forward.

yeah, setting a reminder on the 30th! Quick question though, if i send my cancellation for the 250GB today like now am I good to go

for the 30days notice? Or will the 250GB only be cancelled end of Aug? Hope thats not the case!

It is a calendar month's notice, so you will still pay for the whole of August.

Is this for sure?
How do you purchase multiple 100Gb packages on one account?

damn so I think im better off buying the 3 x 100GB on the last day of July... means Im going to have 550GB for Aug and paying

R780 + R164x3 = R1272... steep month

I don't get this promo.
I pay R485 for 150gb and now they are offering 100Gb at R164?
That's mad.

I'm on this like flies on ****.

It's Vox. They've done **** like this in the past.

Wait till the last day, pay R5 for the account and you're set.

Ok here:

On the last day of this month, the 31st, you will be able to purchase these accounts at 164/31=R5 each and receive about 3GB of data for July. You may purchase as many accounts as you'd like by simply adding 1 to the cart, checking out and doing it over.

Obv then you will pay the full price of R164 for Aug, but if you do it on the last day you pay only R5 for July.

Vox's systems are a bit weird, in that you don't seem to be able to add new services to your account from inside the account control panel. When I bought the bolt-on followed by the Fatpipe, I had to go back to the website, select the fatpipe account, click buy now and checkout, and then filled in my account details under "Existing user" - after which the system added the Fatpipe to the same account.

Me thinks people are getting confused between ADSL account and control panel account. You can probably have 3 of these accounts under the same control panel account, but you'll have 3 separate ADSL accounts, therefore separate usernames and passwords, and when one ADSL account runs out of juice you switch to the next one on the router or however you connect.

^^

You get one set of logins per DSL account.

Basically your priced is locked as long as you're their customer but after 12 months they can change the price.

You may cancel with the usual cancelation notice should you wish to terminate before the 12th month.

New to VOX. How long does their sales support take to answer an e-mail query? I got an immediate automated confirmation with the case number but already 24 hours with no followup reply. Simple question on the Fatpipe promotion. Strange.

Fortunately the guys on this forum have given me the answer, but a bit concerning that the support system is so slow...
