Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Who's getting upset? What are you even talking about?

I have a valid account issue, and agreed with Vox that I would take it offline in an effort to find the issue. Then you still come along with your chirpy Support 101 comments.

If you dont have anything to add to resolving the account issue (aside from your desktop support tips) then I'm not sure why you are getting involved.

Keep it to yourself.

Haha, you're so funny!

Stop dredging up that garbage and feeding the trolls, please. Nobody cares.

So now I'm a troll? You doing a pretty good job yourself by the way.

I'll take you off ignore when you reach 1000 posts.

See ya!

I'm devastated.

@cvanwie: In the graph you posted here (http://i.imgur.com/gBFU1cf.png) is the bandwith usage actually hitting/exceeding the IPC capacity around the start of the graph, or am I reading it wrong?

10 a gig? R10 a gig?

R10 a gig.
You do get a rollover that uses a portion of next month's data.
I'd suggest not going into oob rate.
I did by mistake thinking I was getting 60Gb of data like Afrihost but no it was 60gb of oob data.
It was not cheap.

Respectfully understand that I cannot share this information.

No worries - thanks for the transparency thus far. It's a breath of fresh air when compared to literally every other local ISP.

With the current new 300GB special, one would imagine usage would grow considerably, I'm assuming VOX has already planned purchasing more IPC before service deteriorate?

Keep in mind we don't have a single IPC. The graph I showed reflected to one of our IPCs where the subscriber was traversing at the specific time/date.

I cannot share how many, sizes, etc due to competition in the market.

We strive to be the best in the market and make decisions accordingly.

Aha! That was the piece of info making me wonder what I was missing - thanks for clearing that up :)

R10/GB is not bad. But I would prefer a 25GB bundle for R99 or something. I can't justify the 300GB account yet. There's something missing in between.

Fat pipe lite then. Think it is R89 for 25gb. Plus you could get bolt on and get uncapped after 6pm and weekends all day.
