Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Hey guys

One of our IPCs dropped. Busy working with Telkom to resolve.

More updates later. Need to work on this!
 
Good Day All

We are currently experiencing a major failure affecting ADSL services nationally.
The cause of the failure has been identified, and the upstream provider is currently attending.

this is being treated with the highest priority at present.
 
I switched to the 8.8.8.8 Google DNS and I'm browsing fine again

edit: I may have spoken too soon. It loaded a few pages quickly but now seems gone again

Yeah I see between 8 and 9:15pm it was bad...

It is a big loss that you are leaving.

I'll give you some inside info.... "Voxy" has changed hands and the individual in charge of that account will pull my weight when I'm not here. He's a very clued up tech and has (almost) as much visibility into the network as I do.

Embrace him (Voxy), he'll treat you right.

Yup, Vox is down but actually I am quite tolerant of this because they've been the most stable and best performing ISP I've used.

The estimated time to resolution has been set to 11:45 AM.
Fibre technicians are onsite repairing the damages.
