Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I have dropbox sync start at 11:59pm, for the last 3 nights it starts up and downloads until 1am, then stops.
 
my VOX speed tests currently sitting at around 1MB, but if i swap to an alternate freebie account, goes up to 6MB. anybody else having issues ? the vox website is down, so it would appear to be a larger issue

Switched form the VOX special to CrystalWeb a few months ago. Paying almost double but worth every cent.

20Mb/s. All the time. On all protocols.
 
Maybe I am just lucky in Stellenbosch but my Vox is like internet straight from future at speed that will melt your eyeballs.
 
Anyone else having connection issues? Mine keeps dropping.

whatever.whatever server DNS address could not be found.
 
Any issues at the moment? Rebooted my home router and it's not re-connecting to my vox account (dsl router is up I can check the sync info)

Unfortunately not currently at home to investigate further.

I see I can't log into the vox usage portal either at the moment, "System error" from vox.

Any luck restoring your connection last night?
 
I have found that my ping and download speeds have been very poor at night. will do some proper testing and post results when i get a chance.

is there anything happening on VOX network (or has been happening) at night that might be causing this ?
 
Know this has been asked and answered before, but is anyone using their Fatpipe accounts on a fibre line? and with what sort of results? TIA

Hi sand_man - Using it on Telkom 100Mbps fibre - Local speedtest is always good(I have some of my own shaping on my connection so this isn't 100% capacity):

both my accounts say capped with 234gb available on my fatpipe and 2gb on my g4g.
