Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I'm as much of an ISP-hopper as the next guy, but I have to say my Vox fatpipe has hardly given me a moment's hassle, so I'm not looking to jump ship any time soon.
 
Vox and kodi is not the best of friends when it comes to live sport for some reason.

Same here. Streaming with Vox account a lot and it's been stellar but if it is giving me any issues with one host then I would just find the same content on another host that streams faster.
 
For the last 3 weeks I've been getting a lot of "We're having trouble playing this title at the moment..." problems with Netflix. Sometimes I'm lucky and I'm able to watch something from beginning to end, but this has started happening with the majority of titles.

I'm in JHB an I have a 10Mbps ADSL line.

Same here, tried to watch Narcos and Dexter with no luck, the blacklist played fine however. My guess is its a Nexflix issue
 
Only have a 4mb line, but instead of the usual 3.4mb Speedtest results, struggle by to hit 1.8 at the moment. Been this way for the past week.

Going to switch to my secondary account, to see where the problem lies.

Does the Vox technical assistance operate over weekends?
 
Anybody else having account issues? The Internet light on the router is red, so got no internet connection. Reset the router but still the same.

Edit: looks like a fault with my line. Tested with the Telkom guest account but the light is also red.

My International ping (from DBN) is up at 300 now, but my other trial accounts are sitting pretty at 200....

I've got the fatpipe promo so not sure I want to dump this incredible special, but at the same time, I can't play online and it's seriously rustling my jimmies

220ms Avg ping to UK, seems normal to me...

350ms US West Coast (San Francisco)
289ms US East Coast (New York)

Noice, back to 220 but I'll suss the vibe tonight (and I hope that it's not so spikey and all over the place anymore); it's just a bit of a hack having to change accounts every time I want to game >.<
 
Not sure if you guys are also using a Chromecast device, but I'm beginning to suspect that the problem is with the latest firmware upgrade - 1.20.66189.

I have no problem with Netflix on my laptop or phones or tablets.
