So after pulling my hair out because my League of Legends was crashing immediately on launch, I tried to install it on my Mac, got the same thing there. Switched to my Afrihost capped account and voila, game opens and starts patching...

and of course, as Murphy would have it sub optimal performance on Vox tonight (fatpipe after 18h00 uncapped) - nothing major so I didn't run any tests, just 'iffy' internet browsing - the litmus test (my SO) alerted me with "is the internet not so lekker" - switched to CW and all was good again

Story of our lives here in good 'ol SA - no single provider appears to be able to provide great internet all the time. sigh...

Only saw this now. Hmmm.... I got time to decide I guess. I think the uncapped performance will always be effected first compared to their capped service?

Yep. The only packages that receive higher priority should be the Business Capped. Unless you push a metric **** ton of data, I would not consider uncapped.

Internet {especially consumer facing) is just poor in SA - it's why one still can't go the pure streaming route - just not reliable enough
