Site is fine,just used it to test but wasn't happy with the time outs?but if you say you get them then i assume its normal
 
Vox Fat pipe.....

Can't play League of Legends without lag. My Telkom LTE is 204ms but with Vox on my 10Mbps adsl line ping is like 260ms and spikes to like 800ms. The lag is unreal so bad it keeps on showing "Attempting to reconnect...."

Afrihost free account works fine so it's not the line.

Had some lag spikes Saturday and Sunday ranging from 30-600ms but all fine now

I was a problem on their side, I've used the same details for almost two years then all of a sudden it stopped working.

It shouldn't have happened in the first place but it took them two minutes to fix, on a Sunday no less, so not the end of the world or anything.
 
I struggle to get any form of streaming to work Netflix/YouTube, did a reset on all equipment, still struggling.

Been like that a long time. Try another browser that isn't so strict on security.
 
Is anyone have connection issues? My ADSL and internet lights are green, but there is no throughput. If I switch the router off and on it works again. This is happening one or twice a day.

Dear Vox Telecom. I'm happy with your service because your Internet is very responsive and I like the speed.

Please fix your web site because it makes you look like a bunch of amateurs. It is in desperate need to look interesting and it seems buggy. It is damaging to your brand. Hire a proper web developer or get people to work on it that knows what they are doing.

If you want a good example of how it should be done, take a look at the setup up Afrihost. They got the web site part right but not when it comes to Internet responsiveness and speed like you guys.

It's worse than that....

If I were to leave for my December holiday, and the actual promotion that my company is pushing, could not be signed up for, I would be fired.

I have since gone to Axxess. Wanted to go with Vox, but they made it impossible for me. I literally. could. not. sign. up.

Vox management, have a look at the numbers your promotion did. Then, take into account what was said. Shape up.
