In my experience, they're very good at communicating & (attempting to, at least) troubleshoot problems, when you contact them directly. I usually e-mail them if dissatisfied with something, which results in a call back within a few hours.

I was referring to this particular forum as the OP is moving from Afrihost that has Service reps live on the myBB forum all day.
Personally I have had no need to contact VOX but it is good to know that they are approachable and respond to email, thanks.

Yes!! Seems VOX is the only local ISP staying true to the capped, unshaped mantra.

I jumped on their 100gb @R164 promo when it launched a couple of years ago. At the time they were only one of a handful of ISP's offering roll over. Since then they've added 12am-6am free time and indefinite roll over of unused data. They also increased that 100gb cap to 150gb, then 200gb and finally 400gb!! That's R0.41 per gig!! Unbelievable value!! And the accounts perform!!

Just putting my 2 cents worth of praise here for Vox too. Got that fab R164 promo as well, now sitting on just under 2Tb of accumulated data. Account performs great, and had no need to contact Vox in over 2 years since I got it.

Combined with a 20 meg line from Telkom it's a pretty sweet internet experience - highly recommend Vox to anyone.

Mine keeps saying "can't authenticate" - using the credentials given in the email I received.

I could log in day before yesterday, yesterday and even today to Vox's Portal.

I also get the time outs but the site works fine and the time outs start long after the Vox network.

Are you having any issues or just something you noticed?
