Hi guys,

Just a quick question. How much data can one build up on ones account... Is there a limit months or data size wise? I have one account with 1950 (non active) GB and an another with 1483 GB (active). Will it expire at anytime?

After 6 months

Does it expire at 6 months or is a 6 month rollover?.
That is will you lose everything or just the part that is now 6 month old with the rest like wise expiring over the following 5 months, unless topped up by further unused data?

It only expires when you cancel your package. The maximum carry over data you can have is 6 times your monthly cap.

As I understand it, i.e you have a 100GB package, then you can roll over up to 600GB. If you hit that 600GB and use less then 100GB every month thereafter, then every 1st of the month your account should be on 600GB. Correct?

That's December's allocation though. Do you think January's will also be 400gb?

Yes, pretty sure the same thing happened when we went from 100GB to 150GB or from 150GB to 200GB.

Capped Contract Data: ADSL-FPP-400GB-PROM

is still listed under allocations, it's clearly just a display error.
