Vuma CPE light colours

I'm struggling to find a manual (or even a model/manufacturer name) for my CPE - hopefully someone on here will be able to help?

Vuma only references the Raycore devices on their site, yet they do install another CPE - a white box with a grey cover. No branding whatsoever, except a blocky embossed logo in one corner.

Does anyone know what the light colours / flashing status of these mean on this device, or can point me to a manufacturer/model/manual for it?

(Power is a green light in the shape of a power icon - it sometimes flashes, sometimes solid. Fibre light (F) is sometimes orange, sometimes green.)

How long did you wait for Vox to install a vumatel fiber line more or less? They seem pretty slow took two days just to verify the rica documents I sent them, and it just says "authorizing" since I registered, no idea what that means.

That's not the same CPE the OP describes.

His will have a blue led indicating fibre connection and orange flickering ones indicating LAN connection. (from his description, it sounds like that model Raycore, it might not be, I'll need a pic to advise)

No, his is exactly what I described. There are no blue lights on this device - thankfully. (The blue light one would be the Raycore, which is exactly the one I don't have.)

Guess I'm going to have to wrench mine off the baseplate somehow so that I can see the label underneath. But there's a trick to doing that which I haven't quite figured out yet...

Hey guys. I would really like to move my ONT/CPE just a few centimetres from the current location because it's in the way of some unit that put there. I have the same one as above and man it is difficult to get it off the wall bracket. If anyone have any manual, please drop a link or send to me. Check to see if I can see any name or brand but nothing.

No, communication dried up. Have no need for it any more because whatever was wrong appears to have been fixed on Vuma's side.
